The large, fully equipped kitchen has many french windows for enjoying the morning sunlight. Backyard landscaping consists of many established ferns, trees, exotic plants and flowers. Adjacent to the backyard is a large used brick patio with a built-in brick fireplace and gas barbeque.

| Vacation rentals rent primarily weekly or monthly with a Saturday arrival and Saturday departure. Exceptions may apply close to the arrival date.

Amenities:
Direct dial telephone with private 24-hour number with answering machine is available for use, however all outgoing long distance calls must be made with a credit or calling card, or by way of collect calling. Laundry facilities are within the unit, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, color televisions with remote controls and VCR's. Maid service is also included. All guests also have access to full use of the facilities at the Cabrillo Inn at the Beach including two swimming pools, two large second floor ocean view sundecks, and a continental breakfast served each morning in our ocean view lounge.
East Beach Location:
Only 1/2 block from the pristine white sands of Santa Barbara's renowned "East Beach" and one mile from historic Stearns Wharf, downtown Santa Barbara and neighboring Montecito. Our preferred location is convenient for walking on the beach at sunset or sunrise, bicycling or rollerblading on the bike path which runs in front of the Cabrillo Inn at the Beach, boating, whale watching, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby restaurants, or just relaxing as you enjoy the views from the Cabrillo Inn at the Beach's second floor ocean view sundecks. the famous Santa Barbara Zoo and the Andree Clark Bird Refuge are only a short five minute walk from the cottage.
