* A Friday/Saturday stay may be required (exceptions apply to some weekends). See website for availability or call if not available on website.

* All rates subject to availability, rate change, city of Santa Barbara's 12% occupancy tax and $3.00 per night: $1 “Tourism Marketing Assessment” (TMA) and $2 resort fee. Not valid holidays or special event periods. Special Events include but are not limited to: Solstice, Graduation and Fiesta. All rates subject to all "Non-Holiday" reservation and cancellation policies, including our 7-day "Non-Holiday" cancellation policy and the $25 reservation fee per room reserved if reservation is cancelled any time before the guaranteed period, "7 days before arrival date".
